Dongguan U-MOTION
U-MOTION established in Shenzhen in 2009, specializes in R&D and manufacturing of die-casting cabinet for LED display and related products. In 2015 October, for better development, U-motion brought in the investment of CNY 100 million. Now first-stage investment of CNY 50 million has been reached and the production base also moved to HuangJiang Town, Dongguan city. At present, U-motion has more than 200 employees with area of 20000 and production capacity of 2.4 million for each year.
U-MOTION, as a pioneer, applies Mg Alloy to die-casting cabinet for LED display from aerospace field. Compared with conventional die casting Aluminum cabinet, Mg Alloy die-casting cabinet has the advantage of lighter weight, superior heat dissipation, better magnetic-shielding and higher strength. Nowadays, U-motion mastered the core technology of Mg Alloy cabinet production and applied for more than 30National patents. The technology of precision control and antioxidation fills the technical gap in the domestic field.
U-MOTION currently has complete production supply chain and is equipped with workshop for die casting, CNC machining, painting, powder coating, assemble, etc. The production mode not only reduces the cost, and greatly improves the production efficiency, shorten the product delivery time.
In 2015, U-motion has brought in intelligent production equipment, such as 10 diecasting machines, which are includes the 1 PC of 3500-ton die casting machine, 3 PC of 2500-ton die casting machine,4 PC of 1650-ton die casting machine, 2 PC of 1350-ton die casting machine, 4 PCs of 800-ton die casting machines,2 PC of 500-ton die casting machine, CNC machining line, etc. Meanwhile, U-MOTION strictly implements the standard of ISO9001 international quality management system. IATF16949:2016,ISO14001; From material procurement to manufacturing, it is managed and supervised by quality control technicians to ensure the stability and reliability of product quality.
The main product of U-MOTION is Mg alloy die casting cabinet for LED display and its related accessories, Auto parts. such as power supply, housing, PCB, aviation connector etc. Complete sales network has been formed in all provinces of China. The products are sold to more than 50 countries and regions. For application of inventory model, U-MOTION provide the customers with the shortest delivery in this field.
